Video: Bowie museum featured ham radios during open house

BOWIE, Md. — Bowie-based National Capital Radio & Television Museum held an open house in April featuring amateur radios. Jim Wallace of the Bowie Wireless Association  explained that ham radio operators can "supply communications when all else fails" in an emergency, such as a power or cellular service outage.
