Video: Freedom to Read Act supports school librarians

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - Maryland librarians praise passage of a recently passed Maryland bill, the Freedom to Read Act, which would thwart book ban attempts in the state. The bill's sponsors announced last month that the legislation is headed to the desk of Gov. Wes Moore, who has until May 28 to sign bills into law. Watch the video by CNS TV.
