The City of Bowie is distributing free COVID-19 home test kits at a drive through event Feb. 5, beginning at 9 a.m.  Approximately 1,100 test kit boxes will be  available for city residents. Proof of residency is required. The city expects to distribute an estimated 300 boxes per hour. 

During the event, residents must remain in their vehicle and wear masks while interacting with city staff. No walk-ups.

Each household is eligible to receive one test box containing two test kits. See the test kit box for instructions on how to conduct the test, or visit: www.ihealthlabs.com.

The drive through will take place along Health Center Drive outside the Senior Center, but the facility will be closed to the public on Saturday.
