Prince George's County residents in District 23 are invited to an "Evening in Annapolis" to hear legislative updates and enjoy music and refreshments. District 23, which includes Bowie and Upper Marlboro, is represented by state Sen. Ron Watson and delegates Adrian Boafo, Kym Taylor and Marvin Holmes.
