The Durant Family Foundation invites Prince Georges County Public Schools to Education Game Day. 16 Elementary Schools from PGCPS have registered to attend the basketball game to cheer on the Bowie State University Men's Basketball Team as they take on Johnson C. Smith University here in our community. Over 1000 4th and 5th grade students and their teachers and chaperones will have free admission to attend the game, Monday, December 18, 2023, 11:00am - 2:00pm. The event is organized by Coach Brooks, Head Coach of the men's basketball team, and Dr. Darilyn Mercadel Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Elementary Education Program at Bowie State University.
