This is an open invitation for all interested in attending this free, informative event.

Josh Winger, a family-law attorney at the Law Offices of Byrd and Byrd, LLC will lead a discussion regarding “Wills, Estates and Guardianship” issues for young families

We welcome your attendance. This casual symposium includes an open forum with opportunity to ask your questions or just listen to Q&A for items such as:

>What would happen to my child or children if I didn’t have a will?

>How do I choose a guardian and what would I expect a guardian to do?

>What is the best way to provide for a child with special needs, both short-term and long-term?

>How should I structure a will and guardian designation if I’m divorced?

>What is the price range for preparing a relatively simple will and guardianship papers?

>Where should I keep my wills and other similar important papers?

No pre-registration is needed. Onsite childcare support with snacks will be available.
