Free baseball camp: The Prince George's County Police Athletic League (PAL) is hosting a free summer baseball camp  in Hyattsville for tweens and teens. This camp is offered to youth 10-14 years old at no cost. All skill levels are welcome. 

Basic skills: Youth will learn the basic skills needed to play the game of baseball though a series of drills, ending each day with a modified baseball game. 

Leadership skills: PAL has partnered with the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation to implement the Badges for Baseball program into this camp. Youth will not only learn baseball skills but will also learn important values like sportsmanship, teamwork, being a leader, having respect for themselves and others and living a healthy life.
