Due to rainy weather, the date of the Cherry Blossom Kite Festival on the National Mall has been changed to Sunday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Starting at 8 a.m., Capital Hilton will be distributing a kite for the first 200 families to fly at the Blossom Kite Festival. 

Kite fests take place at Prince George's County parks on April 1.
