The Democratic Party is hosting an election eve rally for President Joe Biden at Bowie State University Nov. 7.
Attendees will also hear from Wes Moore, the Democratic nominee for Maryland governor, Sen. Chris Van Hollen, state Del. Brooke Lierman, who is running for comptroller, Congressman Anthony Brown, who is running for Maryland attorney general, and other guests.
